The Walbec Group has collaborated with Eagle Graphics to provide a simple and convenient way to purchase The Walbec Group logo merchandise. 

Please be aware that Eagle Graphics cannot be held liable for any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. While we are willing to aid in filing a claim with the relevant shipping company, we are not accountable for replacing any merchandise that has been lost or stolen. We highly recommend individuals residing in apartments or other shared residences to consider having their items shipped to their workplace or another secure location for added security.

Turnaround Times:

Kindly note that there will be a processing duration of 2-3 weeks starting from the order placement date, prior to the shipment. Subsequent transit time following this processing period will be contingent on the shipping location.

Returns:

The Walbec Group and Eagle Graphics acknowledge that some clothing may experience fading, stretching, shrinking, and general wear to varying degrees. This is a natural occurrence that can happen with frequent washing and wearing, regardless of whether the clothing has a logo or not. While we strive to offer fade and wear-resistant clothing options, we cannot guarantee that fading or wearing will not occur.

If you receive any defective clothing, Eagle Graphics will gladly replace it within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of logoed garments, items cannot be returned for size discrepancies or if they were ordered in error.
